I recently started going to Kora Kora and have experienced outstanding customer service. Among other things, they've been willing to customize drinks for me "off menu." The staff aren't cheerleader greeters like so many of the chain businesses these days, always yelling "Hi-i-i-e-e! Welcome to...." Thank God, I hate that! My experience at Kora Kora has been that they're courteous, professional, and a bit laid back. Perhaps you prefer brighter, super-enthusiastic staff. To each his[her] own. I really enjoy my interaction and service at Kora Kora. Oh, and the coffee is great. I respectfully offer a solution option. If it were me and I was continuously frustrated with a business, I'd find another more suited to my personality and expectations. Life's too short to be continually frustrated with anything.
